Are You Solving Problems?

What problem are you solving for your customer? Do you know what problems they have? Does your solution fit their problem?

Better question: Would you consider what you do a “solution”?

This is the classic question you have to answer for your customer is, “What’s in it for me?” Do you bring value to their lives? Are they getting more in return for their money?

If you’re solving the problems they have, your value to them goes way beyond money. Just scratch them where they itch.
